Verday is a strong Lomandra that has been chosen for the Landscape range due to it's outstanding performance against competitors in trials and real life applications. It's hard to beat when it comes to drought tolerance, disease resistance and optimum performance in harsh conditions including high humidity. Verday is an ideal choice for roadside and embankment plantings as it thrives in full sun and high wind locations. Verday produces a profusion of light yellow and maroon coloured flowers with small spikes that do not pose a threat to passers by.

Best planting time: Spring, Autumn, Winter.
Flowering time: Spring through to Summer.
Foliage: Semi-upright/weeping, dense foliage, medium green in colour.
Optimum planting requirements: For good ground coverage plant 2 to 4 plants per m2.
Optimum climatic zones: Will tolerate semi-arid, temperate or cool conditions.
Uses: Playgrounds, Mass Plantings, Roadside
Soil Type: Prefers mildly acid - neutral soils. Well drained.
Care: Cut back every three years. Apply a native slow release fertiliser in Spring.
